Connect starter motor cable.

Has LH front hub nut had split pin installed?

Mount sump.

Fit horns.

Fit horn relay.

Drain oil from diff.

Install tail shaft.

Fill diff with oil.

Fill gearbox with oil.

Fill engine with oil.

Charge battery.

Refit the gearbox access floor section.

Clean carburetor.

Fit carburetor.

Fit fuel line to fuel pump.

Install air cleaner.

Fill air cleaner with oil.

Fit rear wheels.

Fit front wheels.

Remove rear stands.

Get radiator modified.

Fit grill.

Mount radiator.

Install thermostat housing and top elbow.

Fit all radiator hoses.

Fill radiator.

Add coolant.

Fit seats.

Test drive and set steering wheel position.

Fit steering column inner tube and cabling, fit horn and trafficator mechanism.

Re-install wiring for trafficators and horns.

Arrange blue slip and register vehicle.

Install front seat belts.

Install underfelt.

Fit new door rubber seals.

Install new windscreen wiper shaft rubber gromets

Install new boot rubber seals.

Install new windscreen rubber.

Install car radio and speakers.

Fit new boot rubber seals.

Total respray.

Install new carpet.

Reset rear springs.

Install VH44 Brake Booster.

Front Suspension - replace king pins both sides.

Front Suspension - replace upper & lower knuckle supports both sides.

Front Suspension - replace wishbone rubbers both sides.

Front Suspension - get front shockabsorbers overhauled.

Total engine rebuild
