1. Brake drums machined.
2. New bonded brake shoes.
3. New front and rear wheel cylinders.
4. New master cylinder.
5. All brake lines cleaned out.
6. Replaced flexible brake lines.
7. New front wheel bearings and seals.
8. Steering box reconditioned and modified to include 2 x rocker shaft bushes and needle roller to replace felt column tube bush.
9. All steering tie rod ball joints replaced.
10. Wiring cable joiners replaced.
11. Radiator cleaned out and tested.
12. Seats recovered in Italian leather.
13. Rear quarter window seals replaced.
14. Headlights replaced, rims re-chromed.
15. Front parking lamps replaced.
16. New windscreen wiper blades.
17. Bonnet seal replaced.
18. Converted car from +ve to -ve earth.
19. Generator replaced by Alternator.
20. Starter motor front and rear sleeve bushes and brushes replaced.
21. New white wall tyres and tubes.
22. Wheel rims sand blasted and powder coated black.
23. Dismantled grill and re-chromed and re-assembled..
24. Water pump reconditioned.
25. Replaced water pump housing.
26. Replaced thermostat housing and thermostat with series II model.
27. Modified radiator top cover to suit new top pipe location.
28. New exhaust and inlet valves.
29. Head reconditioned.
30. New auxilliary valve springs inserted on exhaust and inlet valves.
31. Replaced head and manafold gaskets.
32. Repainted rocker cover, new rocker cover gasket.
33. Repainted oil bath air cleaner and brackets.
34. Repainted two horns.
35. Reconditioned Solex carburetor, replaced needle & seat.
36. Drained oil , removed and cleaned out sump, new sump gasket.
37. Replaced timing chain cover seal and gasket.
38. Replaced rear spring bushes.
39. Replaced dash knobs.
40. Removed old AWA radio.
41. Cleaned and re-conditioned hand brake linkages.
42. Installed new battery.
43. Fitted halogen sealed beams to headlights.
44. Tail shaft universal joints replaced.
45. Gearbox front and rear seals replaced.
46. Gearbox gaskets replaced.
47. Clutch pressure plate, clutch plate and thrust bearing replaced.
48. Speedo driven gear and bearing assembly and oil seal replaced.
49. Front and rear handbrake cables replaced.
50. Replaced speedo cable inner.
51. Removed, cleaned and replaced brake and clutch lever assembly.
52. Removed, cleaned and replaced gear change linkage assembly.
53. Replaced one rear spring drop arm bracked bolt.
54. Replaced failed old water pump with TR2 new water pump plus series 2 pully assembly. (required manufacture of new longer shaft, simple lathe job.)
55. Replaced MG418 Starter Motor with modern Hi-Torque Starter from CAE Performance Products Castlemain VIC.
56. Replaced mechanical fuel pump with electric fuel pump - Carter FMP4070.
57. Total Engine Rebuild (September/October 2016)
    • Block replaced is old block has bad crack.
    • New pistons & sleeves
    • Crankshaft regrind 10 thou.
    • New mains, big ends & little ends.
    • New valves.
    • New clutch plate & thrust race.
    • Etc etc etc...
58. Replaced mechanical points with electronic points.
59. Replaced differential cover plate gasket.
